| REPTILE is proud to offer a warranty that is above the industry standard. We want you to rest assured that you are taken care of after the purchase. REPTILE sunglasses come with a two-year warranty, from date of purchase, against any defects in material and/or workmanship. Plus REPTILE lenses have a lifetime warranty against salt-water stains, hard water stains and lens delamination. All defective parts will be repaired or replaced at no charge. REPTILE reserves the right to make the final determination on what is considered a defect. Although REPTILE lenses are very tough to scratch, scratches can occur. Scratched or damaged lenses are not covered by this warranty except as described above. There will be a service charge of $10 on all warranty claims. REPTILE also offers repair service on all items not covered under warranty or past the warranty period. For all warranty claims and repairs, you must contact REPTILE directly at 800.625.1880 or e-mail us at service@reptilesun.com. This warranty does not apply to discontinued items. REPTILE will attempt to repair discontinued items when possible for a fee. Please call for details. |
